1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FairIndex.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a golf club, you represent that you have authority to bind the club to these terms.

2. Service Description

FairIndex.ai provides AI-powered handicap integrity monitoring for golf clubs, including dual index calculation, velocity detection, context-aware flagging, and member transparency dashboards.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Club administrators are responsible for the accuracy of member data entered into the system.

4. Free Trial

New clubs receive a 30-day free trial with full access to their selected plan. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to continue or your account will be deactivated.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds are available within the first 60 days.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into FairIndex.ai. We claim no ownership over your club's member data, scores, or handicap records. You may export your data at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other clubs' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for any purpose other than legitimate golf handicap management.

8. Limitation of Liability

FairIndex.ai provides handicap monitoring as an advisory tool. Final decisions on handicap adjustments remain with the club's handicap committee. We are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion or data export.
