How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you get full access to your chosen plan for 30 days with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can enter payment details to continue, downgrade, or cancel. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. All your data is always preserved.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
We won't lock you out. If you approach your member limit, we'll notify you and suggest an upgrade. You can add a few members over your limit for up to 30 days before we ask you to upgrade. We believe in being fair — it's in our name.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. Starter is $470/year, Pro is $1,430/year, and Enterprise is $3,830/year. Annual plans are billed upfront.
Do you offer discounts for golf associations or large groups?
Yes. We offer volume discounts for golf associations, regional bodies, and groups of 5+ clubs. Contact our team to discuss custom pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange direct debit or invoice billing for Enterprise customers.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied within the first 60 days of your paid subscription, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked. After 60 days, we offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of annual plans.
Is my club's data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each club's data is fully isolated in our multi-tenant architecture. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant and conduct regular security audits. Your members' data never leaves your tenant.
