Each club's data is fully isolated in our multi-tenant architecture. Your members' data is never shared with other clubs or external parties without explicit consent.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. We conduct regular security audits and follow best practices for data protection.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted upon request.
